Ever since our company was founded in 1950, we have evolved from our Kiso River base by refining our textile manufacturing techniques as part of ongoing efforts to enrich people’s daily lives. Work which has spawned a sustainable < KISO TEXTILE > brand; envisioning a lifestyle awash with smiles and another brand offshoot in the form of < kiso natural dye >, launched in September 2021. The brand centers on vegetable-dyed fabrics awash with comfort-feel and made with plants grown in the area alongside the Kiso River. Amid gentle tonality and naturally nurtured shapes, the core of our work involves creating useful wear for everyday life using fabrics that are healthy both physically and mentally.

The < vegetable dyeing > method is environmentally friendly and uses dye extracted from natural vegetables and plants, which retains a gentle tonality derived from nature. We strive to develop fabrics at one with the environment, such as organic cotton and recycled polyester.
